Welcome
Fire Region 2 is one of nine fire regions under the Fire Protection Bureau of the Washington State Patrol. The region is comprised of three counties covering approximately 3,577 square miles, with an estimated 134,933 population, which increases substantially during tourist season.
There are 55 fire departments providing fire suppression and emergency medical care across the region. Personnel of these departments range from all career, combination (paid/volunteer), to all volunteer.
